Alejandro Riojas is an accomplished entrepreneur and financial systems expert with over 17 years of experience helping businesses optimize their financial operations. As the founder of Riojas Bookkeeping Systems (RBS), he has pioneered the use of cloud-based solutions and automation software within the bookkeeping industry, enabling business owners to better understand, manage, and strengthen their companies’ financial health.
With a strong background in accounting and information technology, Alejandro specializes in integrating Intuit’s QuickBooks ecosystem to streamline bookkeeping, payroll, and tax processes. His approach emphasizes operational efficiency, financial transparency, and the implementation of systems that drive sustainable business growth.
Prior to founding RBS, Alejandro gained valuable experience as an Office Manager at RC Khan Corporation, where he managed all bookkeeping records, payroll processing, and tax reporting activities. He also served as a Junior Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP, assisting in audits, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Alejandro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Business Systems Analysis from the University of Phoenix. Fluent in Spanish and English, he is recognized for his analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and unwavering positive attitude.
