Throughout his distinguished career, Francisco has held leadership roles including President and Operations Officer for Sony Electronics in Latin America, Managing Director of TNL Freightways, and International Operations Director at Bargo Capital. He has successfully led organizations in industries such as electronics, logistics, real estate development, manufacturing, and personnel services, demonstrating expertise in supply chain management, international trade, site selection, and cross-cultural business development.
Francisco’s experience spans both the private and public sectors, having served as Secretary of Economic Development, Employment, and Tourism for the City of Nuevo Laredo, where he spearheaded initiatives to enhance competitiveness and attract investment.
