Luis Gerardo Garcia Hernandez is a business strategist with over 15 years of experience driving organizational growth and new business development across Mexico and Latin America. His career blends operations management, business intelligence, strategic planning, and organizational design, having advised more than 70 companies across diverse industries, both independently and in collaboration with Tecnologico de Monterrey.
He holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration with Honors for Excellence from Tecnologico de Monterrey. Luis Gerardo has been instrumental in developing high-impact economic and social infrastructure projects through proprietary models such as the Holistic Vision Model® (Hvm®) and the Holistic Infrastructure Model® (Him®).
Currently, he leads project development and operations at JA Group, directing holistic plans for strategic regions in Mexico and Latin America. His previous experience includes leadership roles at companies like Nestle, Industrial Zapatera JR (Brantano), and Migliore, where he managed large-scale manufacturing and logistics operations.
He also serves as a senior mentor in the Tec Lean Accelerator program at Tecnologico de Monterrey, supporting the launch and growth of startups with a sustainable vision.
