Sergio Gracia Badiola is a prominent figure in industrial development and binational economic promotion between Mexico and the United States. With over 25 years of experience, he has built a career dedicated to advancing Mexico’s manufacturing sector, attracting foreign investment, and projecting the country’s competitive advantages to the global stage.
In 1997, he founded Mexico Industry, a specialized media group focused on generating and distributing strategic content on key sectors such as automotive, aerospace, logistics, metal-mechanics, electronics, plastics, and Industry 4.0. With presence in more than 50 cities across Mexico and Texas, the group connects investors, companies, and government agencies through print publications, industrial maps, and digital platforms with global reach.
Sergio has also served in the public sector as Secretary of Economic Development for the City of Reynosa, where he led initiatives to attract investment and promote industrial growth in one of Latin America’s most dynamic manufacturing regions.
Today, as President of Mexico Industry Media Group and International Community Publications, he continues to lead communications efforts that elevate Mexico’s industrial image internationally. In parallel, he contributes to BARAKAX as a Site Selection and Relocation Strategist, leveraging his deep knowledge of the industrial landscape in Mexico and Texas, his vast institutional network, and his ability to guide companies toward high-impact, high-potential locations.
